Do I see my portrait before I pay?

Yes, always. You preview the finished portrait on screen, choose your size and frame, and only then check out.

What if I don't love the preview?

Re-do it for free. Try again in the same style or switch styles until it feels like your pet.

How is the portrait made?

We create each portrait from your photo using digital art tools, and you approve every result before you pay.

How much does it cost?

8 x 10 in framed: $69. 12 x 16 in framed: $99. The portrait art is included in the price. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

I already have art of my pet. Can you frame it?

Yes. Choose "I already have art" when you start, upload your image, then pick a size and frame. Same prices.

What photos work best?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is in focus. Eye level is a bonus. Phone photos are perfect.

Which frames can I choose?

Black, white or natural wood. Every print comes matted, with a clear protective front and hanging hardware attached.

How long does shipping take?

Your order ships in 3 to 5 business days after you approve your preview. You'll get a tracking link by email.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us a photo at hello@heypetprints.com and we'll reprint it or refund you. Your choice.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because every portrait is custom made for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. That's why you see and approve it first.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is handled on a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Hey Pet Prints is operated by WellTracked. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

Photos and art you upload, used only to create, show and fulfill your order.
Contact and shipping details, like your name, email and address.
Order details, like the style, size and frame you chose.

How we use it

To make and ship your portrait, to send order updates, and to help if something goes wrong. We share your image and shipping details only with the service providers who make, ship and take payment for your order. We don't sell your personal information, and we never use your photos to train anything or in our marketing.

How long we keep it

Photos from orders that are never placed are deleted after 7 days. Photos from completed orders are deleted 30 days after delivery. We keep order records as long as the law requires.

Payments

Payments are processed by a secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your photos and account details at any time by emailing hello@heypetprints.com.

Only upload photos and art you own or have permission to use. You keep your rights to your images; you give us permission to use them to make your order.

Previews and approval

You see your portrait before you pay. Once you approve and check out, we begin producing your custom item.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the portrait art, mat and frame. Shipping and any applicable tax are calculated at checkout.

Damaged or wrong?

If your print arrives damaged, or isn't what you approved, email a photo to hello@heypetprints.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll reprint it or refund you.

Change of mind

Because every print is custom made, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.
